I was introduced to this author at Christmas Time when the Christmas Box Trilogy was given to me as a gift and I read all three books and loved them. I recently ordered individual hardcover books of the three books and will be giving as a "gift". 'Thank you.
I have not found a Richard Paul Evans book that I didn't like. He is the only author I have read that I can say this about. The Letter can be read as a stand alone book but is better if you have read The Christmas Box. The book draws the reader in and gets you hooked from the start. If you read the Christmas Box then you hope that things work out. A great book.

I love this book, i love watching the movies that this book goes with, christmas box, timepiece, the letter. I like the author because his books are about real life and you can relate to his books. richard paul evans try to read all his books. you will cry, laugh, dislike, yes even hate, love, saddness, but in the end you will have a good feeling no matter what happens in the book. you will know that in some books God is there with the characters. life happens in these books. i am trying to read all his books.
The Letter is the final book of The Christmas Box trilogy. On a wintry October night a mysterious letter was left at the base of the angel monument which overlooks the grave of Andrea Parkin, the only child of David and MaryAnne Parkin. It is also the love story of David and MaryAnne. I have read the series and have cried because these people and what they went through seem so real!
I was never a novel fan's,never plan to be until i read the first book & best selling story "The Christmas Box", it pretty consumed my evening, enjoying reading every pages of it.In this season of hope and miracle happens on Christmas time, there is no substitute to read a simple novel published by Mr.Evans and I cannot tell you how much i enjoy the reading every one of them published by Mr.Evans. I have collected half of his book he published and plan to purchase more. They are my best collection and i can say he is my favorite author of all time.
